Intex 56633EG 2500-Gallon Filter Pump AC 110 to 120-Volt

I purchased this to replace the crappy filter system that came with my above ground pool. My pool is not an Intex, but this kit included everything that was needed and the fittings were all the right size. One draw back is not having a skimmer pre-filter that was part of my previous filter system, so clean out takes a little more work. Overall I'm happy with the performance and how much quieter this filter is than the original. It also has a very long power cord which was just at the right length to reach my power source.

We were given an above ground pool with knowledge that the pump was bad and we needed to buy a new one. After researching I decided to go with this one. I knew it was bigger and stronger than the original one that hung on the side. After some slight modifications to the skimmer it is up and running. Very stong and really pushes the water around the 10,000 gallons we have in it. Couldn't be happier! If it goes out I would buy another one!
